KIND CLOSETS SELLER AGREEMENT

This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between KIND. Closets (“Platform,” “we,” “us”) and the individual or entity (“Seller,” “you”) who applies to sell products on the KIND. Closets marketplace.


By registering as a Seller, listing items, or completing sales on KIND. Closets, you agree to all terms outlined below.

 

 

 

1. Marketplace Relationship

 


KIND CLOSETS operates as a curated online marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Sellers are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of KIND. Closets.

 

 

 

2. Seller Eligibility

 


To sell on KIND CLOSETS you must:

 

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • Provide accurate personal, tax, and payout information

  • Receive approval from KIND. Closets prior to listing any products

 


KIND. Closets reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove sellers at its sole discretion.

 

 

 

3. Approved Products & Listings

 


Sellers may list only the following categories:

 

  • Clothing

  • Shoes

  • Approved accessories

 


All listings must:

 

  • Accurately represent the item

  • Clearly state brand, size, and condition

  • Include a minimum of 4 clear photos

  • Disclose any flaws or wear honestly

 


KIND CLOSETS eserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that does not meet marketplace standards.

 

 

 

4. Prohibited Items

 


The following items are strictly prohibited on KIND. Closets:

 

  • Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded items

  • Stained, damaged, or unsanitary items

  • Used undergarments or swimwear

  • Items outside approved categories

 


Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of payouts.

 

 

 

5. Pricing & Commission

 

 

  • Sellers set their own prices.

  • KIND. Closets collects a 15% commission on each completed sale.

  • Commission is automatically deducted before seller payouts are issued.

 

 

 

 

6. Shipping & Fulfillment Responsibilities

 


Sellers are responsible for:

 

  • Packaging and shipping orders directly to buyers

  • Shipping orders within 3 business days

  • Uploading valid tracking information for every order

 


Failure to meet shipping requirements may result in seller suspension or removal from KIND. Closets.

 

 

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

 

 

  • Returns are accepted only if an item is significantly not as described.

  • Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours.

  • KIND. Closets reserves the right to mediate disputes and issue refunds when necessary to maintain marketplace integrity.

 

 

 

 

8. Payments & Payouts

 

 

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

  • Seller payouts follow Shopify’s processing timelines.

  • KIND. Closets is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party systems.

 

 

 

 

9. Account Suspension & Termination

 


KIND. Closets may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

 

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Late shipping or failure to upload tracking

  • Misrepresentation of items

  • Unprofessional or abusive behavior

  • Violation of this Agreement

 

 

 

 

10. Modifications to Agreement

 


KIND. Closets reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
