📋 Seller Requirements

 


To maintain quality and consistency, all sellers must meet the following standards:

 

  • Clothing, shoes, or approved accessories only

  • Items must be clean, wearable, and accurately described

  • Minimum 4 clear photos per item

  • Brand, size, and condition must be listed

  • Orders must ship within 3 business days

  • Tracking information required

  • Honest disclosure of any flaws

 


All sellers are reviewed and approved before listings go live.

 

 

 

💸 Fees & Commission

 

 

  • Sellers set their own prices

  • KIND. Closets collects a 15% commission on each completed sale

  • Commission is automatically deducted before payout

 

 

 

 

📦 Shipping & Fulfillment

 

 

  • Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping orders

  • Flat shipping rates are recommended

  • Orders must ship within 3 business days

  • Tracking must be uploaded for every order

 

 

 

 

🔁 Returns & Disputes

 

 

  • Returns are accepted only if an item is not as described

  • Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours

  • KIND. Closets may step in to resolve disputes when necessary

 

 

 

 

🎨 Styling & Tagging

 


To support discovery and outfit styling, sellers agree that:

 

  • Items will be accurately tagged (Women, Men, Shoes, Pre-Loved, etc.)

  • Styling tags (e.g. look-01) may be added or adjusted by KIND. Closets

  • Listings may be featured in Complete the Look collections
